It is the policy of Caring Heart Home Care Services LLC to provide services to all persons without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, national origin, disability, religion, or age.
- The same requirements are applied to all clients, and there is no distinction in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing, services.
- All services are available without distinction to all participants regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, national origin, disability, religion, or age.
- All persons who refer others for services, or who recommend our services, are advised to do so without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, national origin, disability, religion, or age.
The person designated to coordinate compliance with this policy is our Compliance Officer, who can be reached at (314) 428-9796.
Client Rights
Every client has the right to be informed of their rights in advance of services, to participate in planning their own care, to have their cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, and personal values respected, and to voice a grievance regarding care or services without fear of discrimination or reprisal. Complaints may also be directed to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
Filing a Complaint

We investigate all complaints and document both the complaint and its resolution.
