Every client has the right to be informed of their rights, to participate in planning their own care, to confidentiality of their records, and to voice a grievance without fear of reprisal or discrimination. Our caregivers follow each client's written care plan and report changes in condition back to the family and our care coordinators.
After-Hours Guidelines
If a problem occurs after normal office hours, on a holiday, or on a weekend, call our main number at (314) 428-9796. Our on-call representative will take your information and connect you with the on-call staff or case manager, typically within about 20 minutes. For medical emergencies, always call 911 first.
