Getting Started

Call us at (314) 428-9796 or fill out our online contact form. We'll schedule a free, no-obligation in-home assessment where a care coordinator visits your home, discusses your needs, and builds a personalized care plan. There's no pressure — we're here to help you decide what's right for your family.
In many cases, care can begin within a few days of your assessment, depending on caregiver availability and the schedule you need. Urgent situations, such as a hospital discharge, can often be accommodated faster — just let us know when you call.
We serve St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and nearby Illinois communities including Belleville. Visit our Service Areas page for the full list, or call to confirm coverage at your address.

Caregivers & Safety

Yes. Every caregiver undergoes a comprehensive criminal background check, a competency test, and a face-to-face interview before being matched with any client.
We do our best to provide a consistent, familiar caregiver for every visit, matched to your loved one's personality and routine. If a substitute is ever needed, we make sure they're briefed on the care plan in advance.
Call our main number and identify the type of service you're receiving. An on-call representative will connect you with on-call staff or a case manager, typically within about 20 minutes. For medical emergencies, always call 911 first.

Services & Scheduling

Non-medical home care covers help with daily living — bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and medication reminders. We do not administer medication, provide nursing care, or perform clinical medical procedures.
Absolutely. Most families combine several services — for example, personal care plus meal preparation and companionship — into one schedule. Your care plan can be adjusted anytime your needs change.
Care plans are flexible and built around your household. Call us to discuss the schedule that makes sense for your family, from a few hours a week to live-in support.

Costs & Payment

Costs depend on the services selected and the number of hours scheduled each week. During your free in-home assessment, we'll walk through pricing in detail based on your specific care plan. Call (314) 428-9796 for current rates.
Payment options vary by program and individual circumstances. Contact our office to discuss your situation, including any long-term care insurance, Veterans benefits, or state programs that may apply.
